Moïse Bienheureux Selph is a journalist, analyst and builder. After anchoring the 6.45pm main news bulletin, he now hosts three programmes at Ifrikya FM: Africa Tech, a weekly programme on African technology, Nzamba, on African startups, and Umuzi, on African languages — Algeria’s pan-African public radio, broadcast on FM, shortwave and satellite across nine countries. In 2 years on air he has covered digital innovation in 17 African countries across 5 sub-regions, interviewing founders, heads of public agencies and researchers. A Congolese from Brazzaville based in Algiers, trained in cybersecurity and data science, he is the founder of Lobaka, voice infrastructure for a multilingual world: several live audio channels in one room, each person picks theirs on their phone. He is also a co-founder of Sunnubang, a pan-African music collective born in Algiers.
